Firewater Friday - Paradise Punch

When it's cold and snowy here's a yummy cocktail to sit back, sip, close your eyes and imagine you're somewhere tropical.

Paradise Punch


1 Ounce Southern Comfort
2/3 Ounce Coconut Rum
1/2 Ounce Amaretto
1 2/3 Ounces Fresh Orange Juice
1 2/3 Ounces Pineapple Juice
2/3 Ounce Rose's Lime 
2 Dashes Grenadine



Combine all ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.

Shake; strain into a glass filled with ice.

Enjoy!

Firewater Friday - The Prisoner

The Prisoner


1 Part Ginger Liquor
1 ½ Parts Light Rum
1 ½ Parts Pineapple Juice
Lime 

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add ginger liquor, rum and pineapple juice.  Give it a good shake.

Squeeze the juice of half a fresh lime into a chilled martini glass. Pour the contents of the shaker into the glass.

Garnish with a lemon wheel.

Firewater Friday - Piña Picante Cocktail

Piña Picante Cocktail

1 oz. Jalapeno Infused Tequila
1/2 oz Triple Sec
Pineapple Juice
Lime Squeeze

Fill a glass with ice.  Pour the tequila and triple sec over the ice.  

Top pineapple juice. Finish with a squeeze of lime.

Tropical Peach

Tropical Peach

1 1/2  oz. Vanilla Liqueur
1 1/2 oz. Peach Schnapps
3 oz. Pineapple Juice 
3 oz. Orange Juice

Combine all ingredients in a glass full of ice.  Stir until combined.  Enjoy!
